This has a very earthy and, unsurprisingly, nutty flavour! It's thin in consistency and has multiple purposes, not just eating. Ideal for drizzling over a variety of dishes and it does, as suggested on the bottle, go very well with bread, particularly my home baked 50/50 loaves. I've not tried it, but the rich omega 3-6 and magnesium content make it suitable for application to the skin. The price is competitive compared to the competition.

Here you get 250ml of poppy seed oil in a nicely presented dark glass bottle. The oil is nutty in flavour and I found it great in salads or drizzled onto bread. Poppy seeds are rich in antioxidants and vitamin E both of which have many health benefits
